So I'm in Arkansas for the week. I'm doing puppet shows with Heather Jarry. I'm off to Canada in a few weeks. I'm excited about that. What else? Stay tuned. Re staging of Luna show in the works. Oh and keep your eyes peeled for Minor Mishap Marching Band. You never know when we'll show up.

Hey Everybody - Heather and I had a GREAT trip to the Southwest. We got to go sing at a school in the Navajo Nation, we hiked a mountain, we did our puppet show in Albuquerque and Silver City and Flagstaff.

We also just had a blast back in Austin at the Family Music Meltdown.

There's lots of fun shows coming up so keep an eye on the calendar.

Hey Out there - I've got some traveling plans. I'll be in Arizona in September and Arkansas in October. That's going to get me through Austin TX in July. I'm not even going to tell you about my trip to the Northwest end of July. I can't wait.

I've been singing in libraries throughout central Texas with Heather Jarry. Our puppet show Iris Saves the Land of Black and White is a big hit. I hope you can catch the show some time soon at a library near you.

My newest song "At the Library" is a great hit among librarians. The Georgetown Library wants to use it to promote next years summer reading program and they are using it for the Head Start Program in Fayetteville Arkansas.

Life has happened and I'm not going to Canada. Sorry Canadians. I love you I'll get up there just as soon as I can.

But oh you central Texans- what fun! I get to be here with you all of July and August. I've already added new dates to the Calendar. More to come.

Oscar the puppy is walking on the leash with out pullling!!! I'm so proud.

Curly Head Productions - ?? What do you think - Heather Jarry and I are starting to work together and we need a name - we're doing puppet shows and playing in a band. Rev. Flint Fancy is adding her bouncy energy and washboard playing - it's a band!!

So i'm thinking of having a competion to name the band- free CD to the winning name

Heather Jarry and I have developed a fabulous puppet show. It's called "Iris Saves the Land of Black and White" It's about a king who has banned all colors from his land due to a Horrible Coloring Accident as a child. It's up to Iris and the kids to bring the colors back. - story and music by Laura Freeman puppets and stage by Heather Jarry

Hey the plans are being made I'm going to Canada July and part of August. I'll be playing the Northern Lights Festival in Sudbury and opening up for Luther Write and the Wrongs. I'll be visiting two very special babies born to far away friends and I'll be traveling with my new puppy, Oscar.
